Fresh pasta made without added salt or preservatives. Pasta is packaged in a tamper-evident box. Can be frozen to extend shelf life. Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to cook. Bring pot of water to a rolling boil then salt generously. If frozen, no need to thaw pasta before cooking. Cook 2-3 minutes for al dente.
